Our Red Curry Paste is crafted with fresh Thai red chillies, and a blend of fragrant ingredients including lemongrass, shallots, garlic and turmeric. Sourced from wild grown plantations, this paste delivers a rich and vibrant flavour that brings authentic depth to your cooking.

A little goes a long way — just 1 tablespoon per 400ml of liquid is enough to create a beautifully balanced curry. Perfect for noodles, rice dishes, broths or paired with your favourite proteins.
