Damages and issues

If the glass jar is cracked or broken during postage please contact us immediately. Send a photo with the subject heading 'product issue from postage' to thekindnesscafe@gmail.com and include in the email your contact details. We will refund, replace or credit products that are not fit for consumption. We will respond to any contact from you within 1 business day.

All care is taken on our end in preparing the products for Australia Post delivery.
